Graphic appeal and functionality of a site are critical to attracting and retaining members and providing information services to the public. We work with outside web hosts and designers as appropriate. In addition, RC's database system functions in consort with our client websites for such operations as member locator services, online membership application processing, membership renewals, meeting and event registration, and processing of credit card payments.

Increasingly it has become a source of information for consumers and interested non-members. It can also serve as a marketing tool of the association and its members through such devices as public access to member locator services and online registration for various meetings and events. RC's staff provides timely and accurate updating of website content, so that members can always access the latest information and membership data.

•  The use of group e-mail to the membership is expanding. RC has stayed current in this technology and on all related legal requirements. We have implemented this service for our clients and encourage group email as a cost-effective and expedient means of communication.
