Our Philosophy:

RC was formed in 1984. RC's two founding principals, Francine Butler and Jerry Bowman (retired), and new partners David Stumph and Kristi Klinke, have devoted their professional careers to association management. We have deliberately chosen to stay small, so the principals can take a "hands-on" approach for the associations with whom we work. We carefully choose our clients so we can provide our best talents, expertise and interests to maximize the benefits for both parties. You will receive personalized attention, greater accountability, flexibility, continuity and "Five Star" service.
