RC's ability to develop and maintain timely and accurate member databases is an integral part of an association's operation. RC uses"Access" database and custom software designed for all types of organizations. Individual members' records are designed to carry a number of variables beyond basic name and address.

We establish membership dues billing schedules, prepare and send annual dues mailings and prepare new member welcome packets. We record and deposit funds and track many types of member statistics. Database services are integrated with product ordering and inventory, billing and accounts receivable. We develop programs to assist in marketing individual and corporate membership. We update and compile information for annual member directories (hard copy or web) and make arrangements for the publication and/or distribution of directories
