Management Staff Resumes - Qualifications and Experience

Information Services Department

Ruth Gleason, Director of Information Services, oversees all membership database functions. Ms. Gleason holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Family Studies from Iowa State University. She is a Certified Personal Computer Technician (CPCT). As the Director of RC's Information Services Department, she is responsible for the maintenance and operation of RC's internal computer network and oversees the management and maintenance of client website content.

Linda Pocsik, Website Content Coordinator, works closely with staff and clients to ensure that web content is up-to-date and accurate.

Meetings and Conventions Department

There are three meeting managers: Sally Kittredge, Director of Meetings, Ann Mehan Crosse, Association Executive/Meeting Manager, and Lina Dennison, Meeting Manager who are responsible for planning and execution of conferences, Board and committee meetings. They are supported by a team of Meetings Assistants, including Delfie Castro, Allison Mendrys, and Jeannine Broker. Their experience includes contract negotiation, conventions, exhibit management, trade shows, Annual Meetings, educational workshops and seminars, hotel on-site management, and program development and design.

Continuing education is fundamental to our programs. Education course development, including in person, audio programs and home study courses has been developed. With the advent of electronic communications, papers for annual meetings are now all submitted and reviewed electronically.

Finance Department

Carlos Fierro, Staff Accountant, handles all receivables, payables, monthly financial statements, reserves, and related reporting. Development of budgets with the client, staff executives, and/or the Board of Directors is part of our services. He supervises the preparation of annual audits/reviews and tax returns by an independent CPA. Mr. Fierro holds a degree in accounting from the Brigham Young University.

Communications Department

RC's Communications Department headed by Annette Rogers, Director of Communications, is comprised of management staff and others who have experience in areas that meet your specific needs. The team is responsible for coordinating websites, newsletters, brochures, press releases, proceedings, directories and journals for our associations. Annette received her B.A. in journalism from Colorado State University and her Masters in Mass Communications, with an emphasis in non-profit marketing from the University of South Dakota.

Certification Department

Judy Crawford is RC's Director of Certification. She received a business degree at Bradford College, Pennsylvania. The department is responsible for the administration of all phases of the certification and recertification process, development of new credentialing programs and accreditation of training programs. We currently manage three international certification programs in health care.
