Association Executives - Qualifications and Experience

Ann Mehan Crosse, CAE, CMP

Ann Mehan Crosse, CMP, Association Executive/Meeting Manager, has over 25 years experience in association management. For fifteen years prior to joining RC, she served as the director of administration and programs for a 4000+ member society. In her role as Association Executive she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clients. She is a Certified Meeting Professional, responsible for the planning and execution of conferences, Board and committee meetings. Her experience includes contract negotiation, conventions, exhibit management, trade shows, Annual Meetings, educational workshops and seminars, hotel on-site management, and program development and design.

Michelle Cunningham

Michelle Cunningham joined the RC team in 2010, bringing with her a decade of experience in healthcare association and communications management. Michelle is the staff liaison to the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors (AHIA). Originally from Pennsylvania, she attended Lebanon Valley College, a small private liberal arts university in Annville, where she received her BA in English with concentrations in literature and communications. Her responsibilities at RC include administration of strategic objectives, project implementation, Board and committee management, event planning and promotion, public relations and capacity building.

Monta Greenfield

Monta Greenfield holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art with a minor in Psychology from the University of Arizona. She received a Digital Graphic Design Certificate from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2006 and is currently pursuing a Certified Program Planner certification. She is a long standing member of Meeting Planners International (MPI), American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE). In her seven years working in association management she works diligently to bring new technology and innovation the organizations she has the pleasure to work with. A Colorado native, she enjoys taking advantage of the outdoor activities of her home state.

Annette Rogers

Annette Rogers came to association management from the communications and marketing side of the business. She received her B.A. in journalism from Colorado State University and her Masters in Mass Communications, with an emphasis in non-profit marketing from the University of South Dakota. Her experience includes national marketing communications and public information, along with strong project management and organizational skills. She has been with RC since 2003, working in several capacities within the organization, including executive assistant to the previous owners, director of communications, and now executive director for four clients.
