Director of Meetings and Conventions – David Stumph

David Stumph has more than 26 years of association management experience. Prior to joining RC, he served as vice president of an association management company in Seattle, WA; served as a sole proprietor, part owner, and vice president of three separate association management companies in Chicago. He has managed a variety of professional and trade associations including organizations representing such professions as healthcare quality, administration, medical, nursing, healthcare technology as well as associations representing building construction, architecture and retail. David was awarded the IOM graduate recognition for having completed a comprehensive course of study in nonprofit management through the U.S. Chamber's Institute for Organization Management and earned his certification as a Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 1986. He has been an active participant on a number of committees of the International Association of Association Management Companies (IAAMC) and currently serves as chair of its Winter Meeting. In 1996 David was awarded the distiguished member award by the Association Forum of Chicagoland, formerly the Chicago Society of Association Executives. The National Association for Healthcare Quality, an organization that David managed for fourteen years, named in perpetuity a special award in his honor, The David L. Stumph Publishing Excellence Award in Healthcare Quality.

 

Director of Membership Services – Kristi Klinke

Kristi Klinke oversees the Member Services Department staff who handle all member inquiries, recruitment/retention activities, new member and renewal application processing, address changes, dues processing, meeting registration and customer service requests. She coordinates production of client directories, special member services promotions, member surveys, mass email alerts, weekly meeting registration reports, and monthly membership data. As a principal of RC, she oversees or participates in many of our human resource functions, including: prospective employee interviews, new employee orientation, exit interviews, and policy development. She has over 13 years of experience in office management and HR services.

 

Director of Information Services - Ruth Gleason Roth

Ruth Gleason oversees all membership database functions. Ms. Gleason holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Family Studies from Iowa State University. She is a Certified Personal Computer Technician (CPCT). As the Director of RC's Information Services Department, she is responsible for the maintenance and operation of RC's internal computer network and oversees the management and maintenance of client website content.

 

Director of Certification - Judy Crawford

Judy Crawford is RC's Director of Certification. She received a business degree at Bradford College, Pennsylvania. The department is responsible for the administration of all phases of the certification and recertification process, development of new credentialing programs and accreditation of training programs. We currently manage three international certification programs in health care.
